Exploring & Coping with Grief Workshop for Youth

Grieving a loss to suicide can seem overwhelming, but the support and understanding of others can be a powerful source of strength. We welcome youth grieving a loss to suicide between the ages of 12-17 to attend a one-day workshop on Saturday Dec. 6, 2025. The workshops are designed to provide a safe space for youth to explore their grief as well as learn ways to cope with experiences that emerge as a result of grief.

Parents/caregivers supporting the youth will be provided with information on how to support their youth after the workshop sessions.
