Suicide Bereavement Support Services

Grieving a loss to suicide can seem overwhelming, but the support and understanding of others can be a powerful source of strength. Our Suicide Bereavement Support Groups welcome anyone who has lost someone to suicide.

Each group includes three modules covered over a 12-week period. Participants attend an information session prior to joining a group.

Information sessions are designed to introduce people to the group, allow them to ask questions, and help them decide if the program is right for them. The other weekly sessions are designed to provide support and understanding to participants.

Evening Adult Suicide Bereavement Support Groups

Weekly sessions are Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm:

Evening Information sessions are from 6:30 – 8:00 pm:

Afternoon Adult Suicide Bereavement Support Groups

Weekly sessions are Tuesdays from 2:00 – 3:30 pm

Afternoon Information sessions are from 2:00 – 3:30 pm:
