Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Honour Someone Special.

Remember a Lost Loved One.

Celebrate a Special Occasion.

A gift to support mental health is a way to honour someone special in your life, mark an occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, or honour someone’s passing.

Donating in tribute or memory – and asking friends and family to do the same – honours your loved one and causes that matter to you and your family. When you make a gift, we will notify the person and family upon your request. Tribute and memorial gifts support programs such as the Distress Line, Suicide Grief Support, and Family Support programs.

When requesting tribute or memorial gifts to honour a loved one, make sure to direct donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association Edmonton Region, #300, 10010 – 105 St, Edmonton, AB T5J 1C4 for cheques sent by mail. Donors can also drop off cheques, give cash, or make credit card donations over the phone (780-414-6300) during regular business hours 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-4:30 Monday-Friday (closed holidays).

Contact us at [email protected] or (780) 414-6300 if you would like donation envelopes for your occasion. You can also create a page through JustGiving for tribute or memorial gifts where donations will come directly to us and you can see who has made a gift. Tribute and memorial gifts are also accepted online through the form below.
