Webinar: Dropping Workplace Truthbombs on Neurodiversity

Dropping workplace truthbombs on neurodiversity: Why workplaces need to get over stigma and accept different neurotypes in the workplace.

CMHA partners with Tara Langan to normalize minds of all kinds! Tara has been taking the stage as a keynote speaker advancing the need for workplaces to begin normalizing and accepting neurodiversity in the workplace.

With over 3200 followers on LinkedIn she has created a strong presence for discussion, is a well respected keynote speaker and is the creator of the Neurodiversity in the Workplace professional development learning series in partnership with Athabasca University.

With global statistics suggesting that 20% of the population is likely neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, Dyslexic etc) her message is clear, fun and engaging: we need to adapt to new workplace approaches so all can thrive.

Tara’s approach is centered around reducing the labels and creating a human centric approach that everyone can see themselves a part of.
