Online Crisis Chat

Sometimes it’s easier to type than to talk.

If you would like to chat live with a Support Team member during hours of operation please click here.

Online Crisis Chat is a safe, 100% confidential, one-on-one conversation with a Support Team member.

It’s not always easy to pick up the phone and talk to someone else about your problems. Sometimes it’s easier to talk over chat. This service gives you the chance to work through what you want to say before you type it, and you can take your time to really digest the information as it comes across on the screen.

We created the Online Crisis Chat because we wanted to make sure that people could get in-touch with us through whatever means they were most comfortable with.
