Online Crisis Chat

It’s not always easy to pick up the phone and talk to someone else about your problems. Sometimes it’s easier to type than to talk.

Crisis Chat provides confidential, non-judgmental, and short-term crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources via live chat.

Highly trained volunteers connect with and provide support to, anyone experiencing crisis or distress.

Our live crisis chat is available, weekdays from 6:00pm-10:00pm MST and weekends from 12:00pm-4:00pm MST. Please note: all chats end at the specified times. Chat times may vary depending on staffing availability.

If you would like to chat with a crisis volunteer during our hours of operation, please click here.

If you are experiencing crisis or distress outside of those hours, our Distress Line phone service is available 24/7 at 780-482-HELP(4357)
