  2. Is feeling lonely or isolated
  3. Is living with a mental health challenge (no diagnosis needed)

Let’s connect. You’re not alone.

How Do You Get Connected:

Calling 211 or the Edmonton Distress Line 780-482-4357 (HELP) to schedule a follow-up call from one of our listeners within 1-3 business days from the original call.

Warm Line Terms of Service – Safety and Follow-Up Protocols

Due to the nature of the Warm Line service, if a caller is determined to be at risk—either to themselves or others—the Warm Line listener may be required to transfer the call to an appropriate Crisis service to ensure the caller receives the necessary level of support.

Following a referral request, a Warm Line listener will make reasonable efforts to provide follow-up support by phone. While we strive to reach out within requested hours, follow-up calls may occur outside of those hours due to listener availability and scheduling limitations.

Listeners will attempt to contact participants up to five (5) times. If no contact is made after five attempts, the referral will be considered complete, and the file will be closed.
