Your Stories Matter: Launching the 2025 Story Drive

Every great journey begins with a story. At CMHA Edmonton, we believe that the collective stories of our community form the heart of our mission. As we transition into February, we are thrilled to announce the official launch of the 2025 Story Drive—an opportunity for our community to share their experiences, perspectives, and dreams for the future.

The Power of Storytelling

Stories are more than just words. They have the power to connect, inspire, and heal. They shatter stigma, challenge biases, and reveal the shared humanity behind every mental health journey. By sharing your story, you become part of a larger narrative—one that celebrates resilience, fosters understanding, and amplifies hope.

Share Your Story

Share Your Story, End the Stigma In 2025, CMHA Edmonton is collecting 365 stories in 365 days as part of our Story Drive ’25 Campaign. Your story—whether shared anonymously or with your name—can help inspire others, break down barriers, and end the stigma surrounding mental health. Every voice matters, and yours could be the one that sparks change. Together, we can make a difference. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

The Call to Adventure

As we conclude January’s exploration of the foundations of mental health, we invite you to embark on this year-long adventure with us. February marks the beginning of our collective “Call to Adventure,” where we step into the unknown together, fueled by courage, compassion, and the belief that we can shape a brighter future.
