Caregiver Connections

Caregiver Connections is being offered online due to COVID-19.  Register now!

Caregiver Connections is a peer support group to help parents, partners, and caregivers of those with a mental health concern and/or addiction. Caring for a loved one who is struggling can be overwhelming. The support and understanding of others can be a powerful source of strength. This program is offered ONLINE on Thursday evenings from 6:30PM – 8:00PM.

If you are a new participant:

Email Elyse Cathrea ([email protected]) who will set up an intake phone call to walk you through the process, introduce you to the group format, ensure you are set up with the appropriate technology, and reserve your spot. Intake calls are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. Please contact Elyse as early as possible to ensure intake is set up prior to the Thursday evening group.

Returning participants:

You will need to register for each session by Thursday at 5:00 pm for that evening’s group meeting by emailing Elyse Cathrea ([email protected]). Each Thursday at 5:30 pm, a unique meeting link and password will be sent out to those who have registered.
