If you are a new participant, email Elyse Cathrea (email@example.com) who will set up an intake phone call to walk you through the process, introduce you to the group format, ensure you are set up with the appropriate technology to support the online platform, and to reserve your spot. Intake calls are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. Please contact Elyse as early as possible to ensure intake is set up prior to the Thursday evening group.
Returning participants need to register for each session by Thursday at 5 pm for that evenings group meeting by emailing Elyse Cathrea (firstname.lastname@example.org). Each Thursday at 5:30 pm a unique meeting link and password will be sent out to those who have registered.
“Caregiver Connections provided me with coping tools and tips to help me focus on my own self care which allows me to show up better as a caregiver to my partner. I love the resources and knowledge that is shared by not only the Facilitators, but by the rest of the group. It is the highlight of my week and my saving grace. Thank you for this amazing support system!”
