System Navigation: Connecting Community to Care & Resources (7 hrs.)

This course provides comprehensive training for individuals who wish to learn more about working with and connecting community members to appropriate mental health and healthcare services and resources.

Participants will learn how to identify appropriate community resources, develop a greater understanding of our available support systems and services, and support others in accessing helpful and beneficial resources.

Fee

The fee for this course is $125.00 per person.

Registration

Pre-registration for Crisis Intervention Basics is required. Spaces will not be held without payment. To register, please complete the online registration form below, or click here to download the PDF registration form. When complete, the form can be emailed to strongercommunities@cmha-edmonton.ab.ca, or mailed to 10232-106 St. NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 1H7.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you cannot be present for all hours of the workshop, you will not receive your certification. You cannot re-take the missed time and will be required to re-take the entire workshop at your expense, to receive your certification.

Cancellation Policy: CMHA-ER reserves the right to cancel workshops if minimum registration numbers are not met; if CMHA-ER elects to cancel a workshop, full refunds will be issued.

If a participant cancels their registration, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. If a participant cancels their registration fewer than 2 business days prior to the workshop, a refund will not be issued.

Transfer Policy: If you need to move your registration to a different course date, a $50.00 transfer fee applies. Please note that transfers cannot be made within 48 hours of the workshop. Once a transfer is processed, the registration can no longer be canceled.

Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our workshop prices at any time without further notice.

Light refreshments will be served, coffee, tea, juice, water, muffins.
