About CMHA Edmonton: The Canadian Mental Health Association – Edmonton Region is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health, reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness, and improving the overall well-being of individuals and communities. With a legacy spanning many years, CMHA Edmonton has been at the forefront of advocating for mental health awareness, education, and support services in the Edmonton region.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for at least 5 board members plus multiple positions on committees. Interested in joining a committed and passionate team?

Qualities and skills we are looking for include

• Committed to attending 4 board meetings plus participating in committee work requiring additional regular meetings
• Brings diverse perspectives
• Legal experience
• Financial and auditing experience
• Leadership
• Passionate community connector with fundraising experience
• Has experience with Community based mental health
• Lived experience
